SCREEN ENCLOSURE & POOL CAGE INSTALLERS

DC Enclosures is currently hiring for SCREEN ENCLOSURE & POOL CAGE INSTALLERS. 

You will assist and train with a Senior Carpenter to increase your installation skills and learn proven methods for quality installs. This is a position that will lead to placement within the company as an independent installer of Sunrooms and Enclosures. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Ensure organization and verification of all materials/tools needed for each project 

• Coordinate the procurement of materials to complete job 

• Assist Installation Manager in contributing to meeting company standards and achieving departmental goals 

• Complete daily reports for job progress via tablet and other electronic devices 

• Ensure all screen enclosures are built to meet local building codes and engineering specifications. 

• Complete projects on time and with superior quality 

• Communicate and interact with customers as a professional representative of the company 

• Be able to give clear directives to your assistant/s on site 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• •5+ years prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing, window installation 

• High School diploma or GED required, associate's degree or trade school experience in construction or related field (highly preferred) 

• Clean driving record and valid drivers license 

• Basic arithmetic abilities 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• General remodeling experience is a plus 

• Be able to lift 70lbs 

• Work  outdoors 

Candidates must successfully pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test.

  Compensation is based on experience,  Starting @ $18 to $28 per hour plus bonuses
