What You’ll Do:

As a Carpenter Apprentice, you’ll train directly with a Senior Carpenter and gain real-world experience building beautiful custom sunrooms and enclosures. This isn’t just a job — it’s a career path designed to take you from apprentice to expert installer.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Soaking up expert knowledge from highly experienced mentors

• Assisting with professional installations on active job sites

• Learning advanced techniques, building codes, materials, and proven methods for high-quality craftsmanship

• Helping in the shop with prep and organization

• Interacting with customers and explaining processes when needed

• Growing your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2+ years of professional construction experience (or equivalent hands-on skills)

• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written

• A motivated, teachable attitude and a hunger to succeed

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a physical environment

• A valid driver's license with a clean record

• A professional appearance and positive work ethic

• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
